What I appreciate most about working at my company is the strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, which allows me to learn from talented colleagues while contributing meaningfully to impactful projects; coupled with a supportive management that encourages professional development and provides ample opportunities for growth within the organization.

Dislikes

While generally satisfied with my role, one area that could be improved at the company which is promotion not given from the management even completed 3+ years, which can sometimes lead to confusion for the candidate future with the company, Management also should have to pay attention on this.

Please don't join this company atleast the Bangalore location. Company is full of south and north discrimination with work environment where you will be said to take medicine and come to office incase ur r ill.Asking for leaves is a sign of immaturity according the managers.

Everything.even you don't have the proper cafeteria to eat.

Having a good working environment, I felt everything is apart from salary and Appraisal Supportive management and Job security. Most likeable is company hybrid working environment in some process you don't to come in office as I look their mostly employees are working from home when they to want they come in office

Salary and Appraisal is not very good Learning and upskilling only for fresher's not suitable for persons have good experience And have fixed 10 hours shift

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location

Job security is excellent but coming to appraisal are only 1 digit

If we work hard also we don't get any appreciation that was one bad nagative thing I noticed

For freshers I will suggest it's good to start corporate life

Dislikes

About hike in garde 4 and grade 3, grade 4 they will give hike yearly besis. However for grade they will give hike twice in a year because of that grade 3 people getting more hike in salary not grade for.

Work culture is good, no work pressure at all (at least in the account I was working with, not sure of others). Excellent learning curve for individual looking out to develop their skills

Limited opportunities to climb up the ladder (which is a big turn off for me)

Lacks of project infact they don't have any such project and they hire you and then after couple of month they will put you on bench and ask you to leave- No Job security. micro management at level. No hierarchy follows and people who sits in the company for a long time dont want peers to get trained on their work and run organisation on monopoly (Buaa-Mausi )basis.

The other teams that i do not work yet have communicated with are amazing. The people are good, other than the team that iam in.

Dislikes

The teams are very toxic. They deliberately make you question your skills and knowledge just cause they wanna show they know better and they kick you out of the group if they dont like you, making you look like you do no work.
