It is a good company they give ot for Saturday working and three months one time incentive and yearly once statutory bonus team mates are very supportive and I am really missing the company

Everything depends on the Project and the team we get connected with. It’s not just with NTT DATA it always works the same for any company. Make sure you think of the project scope you are always pushed into and make a decision soon if that suits you or no.

Dislikes

Extremely dissatisfying compensation when compared to the external market. Company has to restructure its payscale algorithm to equally benefit employees whoever wish to start a career ahead ignoring any other competitors.

Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

While the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. I like the coworkers and trainers most of them very humble and polite.

Dislikes

1.There is no job security. For example we have to clear have to score 90% the test every week if we failed to clear the test then they will terminate. 2. The most worst thing is after completing 6 months if we want to resign then we have to serve 60 days notice period in that notice period we can't survive because of the challenges we it's self have to dropout

Lacks of project infact they don't have any such project and they hire you and then after couple of month they will put you on bench and ask you to leave- No Job security. micro management at level. No hierarchy follows and people who sits in the company for a long time dont want peers to get trained on their work and run organisation on monopoly (Buaa-Mausi )basis.
