Good company to take Experience but not for long term purpose, If you are looking to settle for 5 years or more..I did not recommend but for 1-2 years would not be a bad option.

Dislikes

Culture should be Improve in Ntt data..its like traditional bussines shop... Everything depends on the decision of Director.. people get insulted on the floor..I have seen it..these things should be Improve .

NTT data is good in terms of monetary benefits,Learning and work life balance. Work is very good and not repetitive.... So it helps in employee learning and improving his skillset.

Dislikes

Office politics,Bad culture,No retention policy,Very Informal approach for handling employees,No hikes are given as they acquired dell and appraisals also are not timely.Attrition rate is high.

Work Details

The work here is interesting and is useful as per the industry. One can improve his learning and skillset by working in this organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
