They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team.
