Likes: No job security, I have worked for Air Canada project as a permanent employee and entire team get fired after project over with a comment as no another project is there so we can't afford team.
Fully politics in manager and employees and no job culture. Dislikes: 0 persent job security, they switch here and there between project and after project completion entire team kick out.
I worked with noida 144 IT team for Air Canada project<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They showed dream to new hired guys for good culture and promotion</mark>. But result was just opposite.
