While the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason.
