No support at all except work from home facility

No growth opportunities, 10 hour shift instead of 9 hours(all other companies), no team movements, lot of internal politics and backstabbing, useless trainings and policies, petty compensation in terms of incentive and overtime, very slow systems and very outdated and pirated softwares. Employee turnover is very high, in my work span of 18 months, i've seen 20 people from my process only who have left. Only recommended for freshers. A strong advice - People who have joined this organisation don't waste your time over here if you think you'll get any benefits for staying a long time over here. You wont be getting anything. They dont even have an yearly appraisal over here. Join NTT only if you are helpless for the time being and dont have any other option....Read More
