Everything depends on the Project and the team we get connected with. It’s not just with NTT DATA it always works the same for any company. Make sure you think of the project scope you are always pushed into and make a decision soon if that suits you or no.

Extremely dissatisfying compensation when compared to the external market. Company has to restructure its payscale algorithm to equally benefit employees whoever wish to start a career ahead ignoring any other competitors.

Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

While the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. I like the coworkers and trainers most of them very humble and polite.

1.There is no job security. For example we have to clear have to score 90% the test every week if we failed to clear the test then they will terminate. 2. The most worst thing is after completing 6 months if we want to resign then we have to serve 60 days notice period in that notice period we can't survive because of the challenges we it's self have to dropout
