Has good learning opportunities for freshers. Team leads and managers are cooperative.

Dislikes

Appraisals are very low. After 3 years your CTC will be almost same on what you've joined. After acquiring Dell Services it has Reduced the frequency of bonuses and appraisals disbursed for employees. Politics at top level is high. Less on site opportunities
