Pathetic work conditions. 80% people from 1 state of india, no diversity, mostly relatives. No entry for other state people.

Clients are erratic and nonsensical. Team managers are double-standard snakes. Fake, big promises in town hall in front of clients but none of them are followed. Ask candidates to leave without any reason. Hollow company fully. Appraisals are 2% by giving reasons for the company's cost-cutting. Directors, reporting managers who are sycophants of management pocket the employee's appraisal money.

There are a few options based on the department you are working in, but I didn't find any in my department.

I worked at this firm for a few months and I observed that there is no respect for the dignity of work. If your position falls between L0 and L3, you are treated poorly, almost as if you are the lowest-ranking person in the company. Employees in these positions are not treated as human beings. The company sets unrealistic targets and has unreachable expectations, which can negatively impact your work-life balance. The higher management is the worst, and it feels like a very political company. It seems like anyone skilled in office politics can get ahead. Before COVID the management was good

Don't expect any hike or bonus even though you perform well management will come up with story budget issue and no proper office setup for employees no cafeteria and good food arrangement and no work life balance due to the night shift. Promotion and appraisal happenes based on manager favorites not on skill set and HR system is worst no proper setup to address the employee concerns
