Depend upon who you are. If you are ntpc wards then you get every impossible facilities too, but if you are normal person then they will treat you as a bandhua majdur.

Dislikes

Worst place to work, no increament, only work load and work transfer. You are only a machine for them from which they get there work done irrespective of anything related to you.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
