They will remove from company if they will not received salary from client. 9 hrs compulsory you have to work if not they will deduct from salary. Job security as compared to other company

They hire for Cloud and given work in Java similarly they hire for java developer and give working in Linux or any other filed. Also they have only one client that is NSE. I recommended to fresher never join NSEIT. Your career is spoil in NSEIT. They do 2 your bond for fresher and not give you work as you hire for.

Management is worse. No value to your opinion. No agile methodology is followed. They have a complex process where your productivity falls down. You need to stay at office during your release and some times you need to stay overnights

no work life balance, too much pressure for freshers and new joiners, log out time is never fixed and will ask every weekend or public holiday to work. even after request no trainings provided for new technology and project requirements. here we don't have any sick / emergency leave policy so its kind of impossible to get approval for unplanned sick/emergency leaves. they don't allow you to logout or take any emergency leaves during wfh until the assigned task development is completed 100% perfectly and we get client review its 100% perfect , if asked for sick leave they say we're not serious about the work and many things....Read More
