No growth prospects. The manager handling the entire scribe operations does not have any scribe experience or training in scribing and is very rude and loves buttering/oiling very much. Moreover, he does not do night shifts. The company is good for a fresher to gain some experience in scribing, but not for an experienced scribe. Myadvise to all experienced scribe is not to go by the Google reviews and reviews at other job portals and sites because these are all posted by company chamchas or very close to the manager or the manager himself and do some background check before applying.
