No growth prospects. The manager handling the entire scribe operations does not have any scribe experience or training in scribing and is very rude and loves buttering/oiling very much. Moreover, he does not do night shifts. The company is good for a fresher to gain some experience in scribing, but not for an experienced scribe. Myadvise to all experienced scribe is not to go by the Google reviews and reviews at other job portals and sites because these are all posted by company chamchas or very close to the manager or the manager himself and do some background check before applying. Company culture is very toxic. They will force you to resign from job if you take sick leaves . Even after giving proofs of hospitalization they will not approve your leaves and tell you to resign stating there is no requirement for you now.
