The work culture is very flexible. They understand every women's value and make changes accordingly. There is No daily target. Employees can work according to their convenient time. Team members are the best support to learn our own skills. Especially for women who have a career gap and who need to kick start their career, it is a good platform to start.

I am very much satisfied working with this company. Even during the pandemic situation I got the full compensation amount without any reductions. Teammates are very much supportive and friendly environment always boost up my work.

The job is very much enjoyable and Iam learning day by day lots of things. Two months I have been given training. There's no deadline for the targets. The management is very practical.
