No job security, First line mangment is not good company should take care, Company policies is gud

Company is gud. I never feel here my job is secure. Jus becuse of first line mangment.It's always feel like i am walking in sword. There is no support with first line manger. He is always putting pressure. I seems to be feel like i am working in indian company not in MNC. First line manger is not good. He never behave like a manger. He always think how I can put somebuddy in trouble so I can get his job. So he will be in lame light. To be big wicket tekker in a company. In my overall 10 years experience. One of the bad experience is working with NovoNordisk. Whatever I have written, what I personally feel it's my personal opnion about the first line mangment. I use to think when should I get chance to left this company. It's horrible experience.. First line manger is not respecting. First line manger use to tell me that your job is no more in this company. I have joined in September and August I came to know that, I am no more in company after march. Company gives us full liberty to work only if the area is in green zone otherwise work from home will do till the area will not safe and covid free. Company continue our daily allowance in this tough time of COVID inspite of working from home only for almost 3 months

Actually nothing is dislike in working of Novo Nordisk but the only thing that some of the managers are not cooperating us as well as not able to understand the things n severity of the situation and they really don't want to understand the practical situation. Only they will do what they want at any cost or any circumstances. They give unnecessary pressure and mentally tourchered to pressurize the drs to attend all the webinars at any cost. Actually drs don't want to listen the webinars as they already got many invitations and they also have there own work n life. But the managers bound us to attend 20-25 drs should attend the webinar as they want to show the presence to the higher management and company....Read More
