Worst feedback is to HR Prathima. With most of RMAs she s rude and she fail to understand we are doctors though we being humble with her. My exit interview was not conducted which is again she purposely didn't do it. HR is contact person for most of things who should be approachable. In my present organisation HR is very good having such a positive feedback among us.
