Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company Culture and Freedom. It is only strict when it is required. If you do not have any work at hand, you can utilise it to learn something new or take a break, etc. No one will force you with additional work just because you are sitting idle. Welcoming nature from start to end.

Dislikes

HR responses. I believe particularly for myself since I am working from home. Initially, if I had any issues, HR would help me instantly, but now it seems it takes quite a few days to get a response from HR via Teams or Email.
