1. TFG - Heavy cost-cutting. Clearly visible in various aspects 2. Sandoz division spin-off 3. Too much hiring from some orgs (ZS, IQVIA). People from those places bring & spread their toxic servicing client mentality (especially for IQVIA). Eventually this led to some sort of micro-management. 4. No free food. It is same as it is in any other company, toxic Team lead around you(my experience from my team). Work will be assigned to you irrespective of your skill set. For example, let's say you are hired as an ETL or App developer...you will be assigned to a project where you will be updating some PPT and Excel based report. When you ask your seniors that why such irrelevant project is assigned which is Excel PPT based reports update. They will give some reason like "it is only for short term"(end of the day, you will work on that project). Believe me you will be like a labour sitting on roadside for some contractor to come and pick you up for daily wage for some random day work. It's up to that contractor what work you will do on that day 😀😀... If you are an aspirant to grow as an analyst on reporting where you will update dashboard on BI, PPT, Excel, go ahead. For those kind of role it's fine(but not that great, the scenario of daily labour I explained still exists in parallel. Be prepared to work on any random project not at all relevant to the skill set you got hired).
