The company says unbossed, but the people or the managers mindset is still bossed. No support to the employee in tough times. The ly speak rules only who are not doing bhajan to them for the rest it's all ok.

Novartis is a company which follows highest standard of ethics. Work life balance is great. It promotes the unbossed culture wherein you perform as per the objectives. It's continuously reimagining medicines and how to manage work in the most efficient way.

Novartis doesn't have bossy culture. Everyone is open to put their thoughts and suggestions, only if you are working in HQ. It offers you to interact internationally. Processes are smooth. wide area of network is another good thing in Novartis.

Either you are working in operations, procurement or in admin you will be on 3rd party payroll and you will treat accordingly. There is no growth in this field but yeah if you are in sales you have a chance to grow. No security of job for external employees (3rd party payroll). People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.
