This person will never support you, he wants you to work 24*7 be available all the time and will never appreciate your efforts. Dislikes

People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.
