Still we do not require work from home which is not suitable for all the employees. We need transportation facilities. We need work from office. We require salary hike which we have not received from the date of joining.

No.. it's totally micromanagement company... no learning no hikes... but job guarantee.. all leads an manager will treat us like school principal.. company culture is totally different.. they don't follow corporate culture...

Even for cafeteria they don't allow us... only leads will go to cafeteria.. don't chose Novac in you career path.... no hikes will be there.... even leads and manager Don't have that much knowledge about Current technologies... they are just coming to office ang getting salary .. worst office I ever worked

I attended the interview where the lady who interviewed me asked me a disrespectful question unrelated to the job. I don't want to mention her name. Company images will be spoiled by people like her, so it is better for the company to terminate her.The question she asked me made me disturbing and hurt me

This is my first job and very bad experience. The team leader was more focused on assigning blames rather than helping the team succeed. There is poor leadership and heavy presence of office politics. No opportunities for appraisal and raises.
