No.. it's totally micromanagement company... no learning no hikes... but job guarantee.. all leads an manager will treat us like school principal.. company culture is totally different.. they don't follow corporate culture...

Even for cafeteria they don't allow us... only leads will go to cafeteria.. don't chose Novac in you career path.... no hikes will be there.... even leads and manager Don't have that much knowledge about Current technologies... they are just coming to office ang getting salary .. worst office I ever worked

This is my first job and very bad experience. The team leader was more focused on assigning blames rather than helping the team succeed. There is poor leadership and heavy presence of office politics. No opportunities for appraisal and raises.

Nothing to say good about this company. They cheat you by showing this company ranks in Economic Times list of best place to work. It's not at all true. This is the worst place to work in.

This company is full of toxic managers and colleagues. They are making this company a hell to work. Even if we complaint about them to higher officials they safeguard them and put the blame on us. The salary provided here and career growth is too low here. Promotion and hike will be given only once in a year. (i.e., in April month) and the hike given here is too low. They treat you like school students , they monitor each and every activity of you. They force you to work over time. To much of politics is happening. Only those who are pleasing the managers will get good appraisal , others will get poor appraisal. Salary given here is too low when compared to other IT companies. Number of casual leaves and sick leaves are reduced to 6 per year. Number of public holiday also 10 per year which is too less. There is no work from home. Even pregnant ladies are not given work from home because of which a female employee suffered from miscarriage. And she was not given work from home even when she became pregnant again after that. You will get into stress , depression , anxiety when you work in this company and you can't sleep well. So I recommend you not to join in this company. We have opportunity to work on both front and back end technologies. Helping colleague and teammates. For freshers we have opportunity to learn a lot.

Everything is worst.. toxic management, toxic managers, no one will help or guide you for any critical task even if you are fresher. Over stress, politics, worst manager( I don't want to mention his name ). My kind advice is, please don't join in this company and don't waste your time. 1. While recruiting, they said it is a permanent WFH opportunity. You need not come to office. But now they are asking to join the office within a week without prior intimation.
