They don't offer full-time employment on roll. They hire you as a consultant which they reveal after selecting you. These is no official contract with Northwest Executive Education but some third company. So officially you will neither be an employee nor be a consultant of this company. Same happens with the products you will sell, officially you are not authorised to do so as you are not a part of Northwest which is a kind of reseller of different foreign universities. Place gives you right work life balance. All teams collaborate and help each other learn and grow. Cofounders are approachable. Sales team is able to perform without stress under guidance of highly experienced Co founder.
