Job description
We are a leading global executive education company founded by alumni of Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley and IITs. Northwest Education designs, markets and delivers executive education programs across the world for senior executives in partnership with some of the most renowned business schools in the world including Harvard Medical School Executive Education, NUS Business School, MIT Professional Education, Chicago Booth School of Business, Duke Executive Education, UCLA Anderson School of Management and Yale School of Management.

Responsibilities:
Create strategies and roadmap for email marketing to drive new user acquisition, increased conversion, and improved engagement
Monitoring performance of each channel-Notification, Email & SMS, and customer cohorts and taking surgical actions
Performing analysis like sales funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channels
Develop insights and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
Proactively monitor marketing metrics (open rates / click-through / deliverability / etc.) and provide analysis of marketing campaigns and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness
Develop and implement new strategies to drive objectives like lead nurturing, cross-selling, and upselling
Lead Content Development efforts to improve CRM activities' effectiveness
Develop deep understanding of customers and build customer targeting, segmentation, and communication strategies to maximize the conversion rate, cross sell purchase rate.
Drive customer retention and loyalty by working and improvising on an ongoing CRM campaign strategy.
Planning the customer journey, customer life cycle, understanding customer behavior and executing campaigns/engagement programs to improve retention
Email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with content, marketing, product teams to develop engaging and revenue driving communications.
Desired Skills
Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing email marketing & database building strategies.
Should have proficiency in at least one of the Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot, WebEngage, Marketo, Drip, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
Hands on Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Leadsquared, Hubspot, Zoho etc is needed
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising email campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Ability to Create High Performing Email Messaging and Subject Lines to ensure maximum performance.
Strong knowledge of Email Drip Marketing and Automation
Willingness to learn and attention to detail
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement.
Comfort working in a fast paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment where multi-tasking & prioritizing is highly essential.
