Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Expert with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a passion for delivering personalized, scalable, and impactful email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our email marketing strategy within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution: - Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Leverage SFMC features like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to create dynamic and personalized campaigns.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to support business goals, such as customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Design and implement customer journeys with Journey Builder, utilizing triggers and segmentation for targeted communication.
- Develop and manage email templates with dynamic content to deliver personalized messaging.
- Build and maintain segmented audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and CRM data.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging across customer touchpoints.
- Integrate email marketing efforts with broader digital campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, SFMC advancements, and email marketing best practices.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and optimization.
