Many 1. Micro management 2. Old school work culture 3. Rigorous scrutiny of timesheet every year 4. Finger pointing 5. Late night calls and extra working hours 6. Getting internet and other reimbursement is tedious and long process 7. No business outings or parties 8. No concept of casual leaves followed inspite of HR mentioning9. Forced to apply earned leaves when not necessary 10. Timings are strict 11. No on spot awards 12. Very feeble Learning and training portal, lacks good courses for self learning. 13. No provision of certification vouchers, only reimbursement after you pass in limited amount. 14. Mandatory 3 days weekly criteria for work from office. Cannot come on a stretch of 12 days and then wfh entire month 15. Very less parking available for two wheelers and 4 wheelers, need to come early to get parking. 16. You work 12 hours and other employee spend 4 hours per day with you being twice as productive as them but still favouritism will take place you won’t be recognised instead senior employees won’t like it and they will try to subdue you
