To be honest i didn't find any pros of working in northern trust.

Dislikes

No good pay and hike is also very less not even 10%. No leaves. Only compulsory 1 week partner can take in a year. Management is not supportive. Lot of work pressure and for overtime their is high pressure from seniors to not put OT so management is happy.No promotions.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
