1. Lack of Trust on Employee 2. Expecting loyalty by giving the bond for everything 3. Too much of Micro management 4. Work Culture 5. Not well organized 6. Policies are not transparent and you never see the same. You'll come to know about a policy if some one explains you who already experienced 7. Differentiation of employees in the benefits 8.
