Good for freshers and about 5 years of experienced. Insurance amount for Employee

1. Lack of Trust on Employee 2. Expecting loyalty by giving the bond for everything 3. Too much of Micro management 4. Work Culture 5. Not well organized 6. Policies are not transparent and you never see the same. You'll come to know about a policy if some one explains you who already experienced 7. Differentiation of employees in the benefits 8. No local HR to serve you better 9. HOD'S doesn't have permission to take a decision on given commitments 10. Make sure to have three months of salary inhand when serving notice period 11. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
