I like people who were there working very hard even though they were under paid compare to market and because of IT, apps & systems, operationally not feasible because maximum staff were outsourced, very less permanent staff and then merger. Due COVID19 me & my team worked from home. Anyway, Noor Bank is now no more exist because ithas been merged with DIB. I dislike their operational policy which creates difficulties in people's life, it was not much business friendly.

Its an excellent experience working with fast developing bank which has extremely good credit processing unit and well organised IT system which provides customer satisfaction and in return provides job satisfaction for the employees. Even the facilities provided by the bank for the families of the employees with very good salary package with excellent incentive is highly appreciated.

As of now there is nothing that i dislike about working with Noor Bank.

At times its very hectic due to high work pressure to meet the given target with the available team, every month one or two officers are on annual leave, but even their target are included in the managers target for that particular month.
