the place is filled with people who wont leave that job cause they can ask for money at every step of work you want to get done over there

I like people who were there working very hard even though they were under paid compare to market and because of IT, apps & systems, operationally not feasible because maximum staff were outsourced, very less permanent staff and then merger.
