No work life balance, toxic work culture, mud slinging, and dirty politics among employees and team management. Treating employees as poor labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is)</mark>. The work load is not too much, so you can enjoy your personal life. The work culture is good and you won't face any problems until you generate personal issues with your manager. Team is supportive. No Perks at all (Until you are in UAE,KSA or Egypt), You won't get a single penny apart from your salary. Until you are from IT or Marketing Team. Promotion cycle has been changed from 6 months to Annually.
