Noon - Assistant Manager - Finance/Accounts Receivable (3-7 yrs)

What you'll do:.

- Collaborate with Global Shared Services to ensure process improvements in the Accounts Receivable (AR) function.

- Maintain stipulated SLA/TAT for invoicing, payment collections, and customer reconciliations while improving the accuracy and efficiency of the AR process.

- Provide proactive support to the respective Country Finance team on the AR process.

- Ensure timely completion and review of AR-related period closure activities, supporting the Global Financial Reporting team with accurate and on-time reporting.

- Oversee smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end AR closure processes, driving financial hygiene and cleanup efforts while ensuring timely delivery of AR schedules for P&L and Balance Sheet reviews.

- Manage periodic monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany AR reconciliations, ensuring timely submission of MIS and related reports.

- Handle cross-functional relationships and provide proactive support and resolutions to AR-related business and stakeholder queries.

- Work closely with the Central Finance team to ensure smooth completion of Internal and Statutory Audits, providing timely data support and query resolution.

- Manage the AR Help Desk, ensuring SLA compliance and driving efficiency across customer account resolution processes.

- Publish MIS and efficiency reports related to AR TAT/SLA, credit performance, and overdue accounts.

- Prepare and publish AR-related analysis reports, including customer aging and DSO metrics.

- Maintain and drive customer agreement and credit tracker activities while monitoring compliance with company policies.

What you'll need:.

- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Exposure to the eCommerce industry is highly desirable.

- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable, credit management, and general ledger reconciliation processes.

- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strategic thinking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or MS Dynamics, along with advanced MS Excel skills.

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
