Salary is not at par, toxic work culture, favouring people working from Dubai office. Managers are not good. A lot of politics is involved. Don’t think before hiring and then can fire as well very easily.

1. Perks are not at par with market standards ex: they don’t have the option of sodexo meal coupons 2. They don’t even give laptop bags along with the laptop and expect the laptop not to get damaged 3. They don’t offer parents insurance as a benefit to the employee but provide an option to contribute and buy.
