Noon - Payroll Specialist (3-5 yrs)

About the role:

- We are seeking a Payroll professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience.

- You'll be responsible for all payroll tasks for all noon regions inclusive of payroll processing for UAE, Sri Lanka, KSA, China, Egypt.

- You will also be maintaining payroll processing systems and records by collating and calculating, and inputting data, processing, and validating reimbursements, incentives, and overtime, managing queries from key stakeholders around your scope of work, and ensuring error-free and timely delivery of all activities are among the main responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing payroll for various countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, validation, and report reconciliation.

- Manage & process Full & Final Settlements for offboarding employees.

- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and salary-related queries, resolving employee issues promptly.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders for final settlement payouts and ensure SLA's are met.

- Coordinate with external vendors for timely execution of services and manage large employee databases for analysis and reporting.

- Support the business with various payroll reports required for audit and budgeting purposes.

- Support internal and external payroll audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management.

- Ensure execution of HR policies and processes, providing expert HR services and support across the organization.

- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams like Finance, and HR Business Partners.

What You will need:.

- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Develop, generate, and distribute regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) to relevant departments.

- Data Analysis to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies and provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decision-making.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other data analysis tools.

- Proven experience in global payroll processing, ideally within the Middle East.

- Holds a graduate/postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
