I personally believe it's not about company, it's about you. How you handle the situations in corporate life, that is more important. Nobroker I frankly speaking is a encouraging company, they always ask about your suggestion or improvements for company and mostly they implement your ideas on basis of genuiness.

Dislikes

Again it's not about company it's about some people nature, there were some destructive minds who likes to pull everyone's leg for getting promoted but karma is there they are not their in the system now.
