Policies of company are good. Timely appraisals and bonus given.

Dislikes

People try to pull down hard working employees hence it become very important to butter up manages for apaisals n promotion. HR department is not at all helpful. In Operation department every thing is in hands of manages. People remain insane position for 15 to 20 years without any skill upgradation.

Unfare decisions and blind belive in favoraties. My reporting manager was aswhole.. My performance went down because of there stupid plans.. They belive in making the life of subordinate hell. Specially if he is from some other team.
