It was completely a terrible experience to work there, the only thing i liked about the company is the co-workers because i was managing them and we were sailing in the same boat of boss pressure and nothing else.

Dislikes

There is so much internal politics, the working culture is all about where you got no chill. The bosses are manipulative and mean. I got terminated because i fall sick and gotta had a leave. I won't ever suggest even my enemy to work in a company like Netmagnetics Softw***** ..!

Work Details

I was hired as an HR manager but playing the multiple roles such as Content writer, BDE and even data entry operator. Well this entails enough.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
