NLB services is all about favouritism, relations and politics, I have worked 6 months initially everything was fine, but coz I was not profitable to my manager, he planned to fire me with HR teams and without any notice, PIP, didn’t ask me to serve the notice period. They asked me to resignation end of the day.

Dislikes

They want robots in thier office, no activity from HR, political environment.

NLB Services is a Employee-centric organization with great work environment. Yes they have supported a lot through COVID -19, Along with WFH facility they were also crediting Rs 1000 for internet expense and that shows the level of support they are giving to their employees.

Dislikes

I don't think I dislike anything about working in NLB Services. I was under the guidance of Mr. Sunil Goyal & Mr. Amit Rajput with friendly teammates.

Work Details

My job at NLB Services was a Sr. IT Recruiter. My team was working on TCS account, mostly contracting requirements but Johnson & Johnson was bread and butter of our team. I was working very passionately on daily basis.
