I would like to Share the troubling experience with NLB SERVICES To raise awareness about unethical recruitment practice that waste candidates time energy , and resources . On May 2 , 2023 I was interviewed By NLB SERVICES FOR HRBP position I was informed that i was selected and was invited for an offline final round table discussion In Noida despite living at different state Roma Massey the recruiter and my first point of contact assured me that this final round was the general discussion and documentation process Trusting the company ethics i Travelled to Noida On May 10 2024. I was interviewed by NLB SERVICES for HRBP position It was informed that I was selected and was invited for offline interview , Roma Massey the first point of contact assured me that this is the final round was a general discussion and documentation process , trusting the company ethics I travelled to Noida on May 10th 2024, At my own Expense after 30 Min of On table discussion he told me with the statement - I WILL LET U KNOW ASAP . FOR FURTHER PROCESS RECRUITER WILL COME BCK TO U . Despite multiple follow-up with Roma Massey she told me hold on for s week u are selected ur salary is the approval stage with the VP - NAME - SHRUTI SHAYANA -SHE IS SITTING IN US .
