It's been 7 months since i left, and everyday feels like a reminder of the "fantastic" time i spent at Nityo. I mean where else would you be asked for daily sales reports without any sales portals to work with? Just genius right? Oh, and their reputation? In markets like Malaysia & Singapore, their name carries so much weight that companies have simply backlisted them. Not surprising, since no one really want's to work with them. But let's not call them client's - they're more like victims. Then there's the upper management. Now, these guys have mastered the art of managing.. affairs, that is. Some of the big names are practically having open relationships with their own team members. Promotions? based on performance? Nah, more like based on "personal services" If you're in a higher position, it seems your real job is to saving certain type of a&& As for the office perks- Let me tell you, the chai they serve is so ghatiya, you'd think it was brewed in the same pot that stews their terrible decisions. And that prestigious cafeteria? Ever had water dripping on you from the AC while eating? If not, you're missing out. They even hired a third-party food service at one point, but those guys ran for the hills the moment they realized Nityo wasn't going to pay them. Can't blame them. And now, for the divine twist: The owner's devotion to ISKON has magically become company policy. Suddenly, everyone's calling each other "Prabhu" because, ofcourse, if you don't, the "Maha prabhu" might unleash wrath. Forget knowing anything about your religion or even praying at home- who needs that when you can show off your spiritual devotion by licking boots at work? They were forced to sign a bond agreement there was a mentioned condition if any person leaves that company has to pay 100000. They didn't disclose at the time of joining . Salary not given on time.
