Good Team to work with as there are limited members and not like any other BPO where there are hundreds in single shift, Co ordination between each of the team members is good unless you consider the egoistic behavior of each individual. Company has already sent out email asking us to be safe and there is no risk of loosing job and will let us know when to come back to company

Dislikes

Individual behavior as they do not behave normal , Sometimes I feel I am working in between abnormal people , LOL. Egoistic fellows who think whatever they do is only correct and they are not ready for adoption to changes to meet competitive world outside , Simply you can call them frogs in a well!

Work Details

Really good and no stress , Need to work on tickets assigned to you known as main queue and these are assigned based on your skill set, being a new hire I get tickets that I am good working at , So I do not feel stressed or over loaded

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
