Excellent work culture. Job Security is good. Good company for people who are less ambitious because growth is very slow.

Very slow and less appraisals, average annual salary hike is 6-8% where an inflation rate is 9%. Salary hikes doesn't meet industry standards. they don't provide car allowance to sales executive and senior sales executive. DA 165 Rs./Day, TA - 6 Rs/km. for bike. Outstation TA 200 Rs only.

Very Old company, good incentive policy

Dislikes

The upper management have no trust on the there executives. They only trust on the manager they have appointed. Very terrible HR policy actually it applied for Executive only they don’t do any things to their managers. Even if the executive is having issue with BM they didn’t even care for you. They appoint people others than their field which is making company image very terrible. Your BM will call at anytime when he will needed. Most of BM are only for post they didn’t know actually company is not getting that those BM are the liability for them they didn’t even know their KRA. Because of this type of BM this market is totally disturb. Many of the BM nature is so bad that you think is this the MNC organisation or some deshi organisation. Company is good. Working culture is very good overall. National meets are very much impressive. Salary is on time always. Traditional approach of working. Environment overall is very good. A big name in Publication sector.

Dislikes

Company's central management can be good but state management of MP is very poor. Single handed decision-making process with zero maturity makes MP working environment unbreathable. Too much politics. No command of central management at all. No any employee can speak with freedom and they can't do anything with their experiences knowledge and passion. Overall Bad experience for MP Management.
