Terrible and Pathetic HR folks especially Pooja Srivastav and Garima Taneja (Director). they ask for all financial documents before rolling the offer and after getting the documents they don't offer, they treat with applicant rudely. They can't afford the applicants from good corporates as HR is very unsupportive and unprofessional.Please do not trust Pooja Srivastav - Manager and Garima Taneja (Diretor). before rolling out an offer they ask for references and when they call references than ask for written feedback for applicants from their official email id. if the candidate worked in the last organization for more than five years so how references would be able to give feedback in detail. they have their own policy and very unprofessional HR. Please humble request please do not appear for an interview, they are making fun of applicants during a covid pandemic....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

This is an orthodox company and having such a toxic environment. If you are joining in MPS then you have to forget about your life and family, they will force you to work for more than 12 hours in a day and if you don't, they will destroy your working environment and make it toxic to either resign or commit suicide. Huh...

Dislikes

Poor management, unresponsive HR, orthodox culture, less salary, no canteen, useless and rude managers, no extra activities and motivational works, no appreciation and no appraisal. Everything is useless here.

Excellent work culture. Job Security is good. Good company for people who are less ambitious because growth is very slow.

Dislikes

Very slow and less appraisals, average annual salary hike is 6-8% where an inflation rate is 9%. Salary hikes doesn't meet industry standards. they don't provide car allowance to sales executive and senior sales executive. DA 165 Rs./Day, TA - 6 Rs/km. for bike. Outstation TA 200 Rs only.

The upper management have no trust on the there executives. They only trust on the manager they have appointed. Very terrible HR policy actually it applied for Executive only they don’t do any things to their managers. Even if the executive is having issue with BM they didn’t even care for you. They appoint people others than their field which is making company image very terrible. Your BM will call at anytime when he will needed. Most of BM are only for post they didn’t know actually company is not getting that those BM are the liability for them they didn’t even know their KRA. Because of this type of BM this market is totally disturb. Many of the BM nature is so bad that you think is this the MNC organisation or some deshi organisation. Feeling very bad to share this type of reviews for such beautiful organisation but this is reality which can’t be denied....Read More
