My team is very supportive and we all work hard to achieve our targets, but there are not enough resources to use for getting better outcome. Now-a-days job security has become a big question mark over here and it is highly impossible to reach the targets whcih were set by our CEO. There is no proper career which helps for our growth. Salaries have become a big issue and dont know exactly when the salary will be credited. Credting incentives has stopped so many months back. Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .
