I'm currently working as a customer service representative at elsevier. Working as customer service at elsevier, I learn new things and develop my skills at handling different kinds of customers.

Dislikes

For me, what I dislike working in elsevier is that they have a very poor salary for their employees especially in Philippines. They only paid minimum wage where it is very low. Our job is not that easy and we manage to handle many emails and inqueries everyday but we didn't get the salary that we deserved. Some of our colleagues are quitting their jobs because the salary is not competitive. Also our management is not that good and a very toxic environment....Read More

Dislikes

The old boys club, no respect for new ideas and experimentation. The Bengaluru Technology Hub Center has terrible insecurity and always in disagreement with onsite folks. It's politics form initial fee weeks. Certainly onsite and India management hand in glove in making sure people don't cross there sphere of influence
