ABP is highly HR driven company to work with, seniors allows and helps one to learn exponentially, company advocates the feeling of team working and trains accordingly. Though the appraisal system has been left to one's ability to perform and achieve incentive.

Nothing at all. No support. Lost my job during Covid. Approx 40% workforce reduction. Also, they are known for politics and layoff. Do be careful before joining them.

No orientation for process. Nothing happens on records or documented. Even the salary break up isn't mentioned on the appointment letter. It will be sent to you on mail seperately before the offer letter is handed over to you. Offer letter or appointment letter doesn't have a mention.

Terrible. Worked for almost 12-14 hours a day. Boss would make odd hour calls or msg at 1-2 am.
