There was none.... A day with 13 to 14 hours of work was not healthy.... With occasional Sunday hours as well .. and in the event of any leave that you might avail .... U will have reports to do at home and plenty of phone calls to attend

Work culture is impressive. Excelling in Inter department coordination and team work is the key to day ends success. Company policies are good. Performance bonus and appraisals are fair but should be improved. Management is rational. Overall a good place to work and develop both professionally and personally.

Year end appraisals is not justified. Career growth is possible but slow.

Pre covid all was good but since March 20 job pressure is abnormally high. Management should plan and distribute job responsibilities equally to prevent one from burning out. For eg. One individual is operating at 200% daily while another at only 40%.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
