You get a lot of exposure. Because it's the biggest news media in Eastern India. But that's about it. They won't give you proper increment, and to knock up whatever you can at the end of each year, people backbite, spread rumours, grow insecure and what not. You won't get to learn so much from veterans too as previous trainees did because most of them left the company.
